Troop 215 is a Scout lead organization. We believe that Scouting should emphasize outdoor activities which are fun and rewarding. These activities will be designed to improve our technical skills, leadership ability, and spiritual understanding. Scouting is a “family participation” activity. All members of the family are welcome at all Troop and Patrol Meetings.

Troop 215 was originally founded in 1928 and from 1928 to 1958 was called Troop 81. In 1959, the Blue Ridge Council changed the Troop Number to the Current 215. The first 3 Eagle Scouts which all passed their Board of Reviews on Oct. 5, 1929, were the 29th to 31st Eagles in the Blue Ridge Council since the Council was founded.
